Just yesterday I got called out for this 😞 Going to have to actually do something now or they’re bringing in HR. It’s been a good three years lol

There are lots of good things to say: “I’ve got my eyes on you”, “This deep fryer ain’t big enough for the two of us”, “You couldn’t mash me if you tried”, “I hope you like your hair starched”. I also put potatoes in my bra to hand to people, they would fly out when I got thrown around too

In my thirties and I’ve got some creaks here and there, what all have you guys been doing to your bodies? Usually stuff like this is only when I go too wild at amateur wrestling night as the Shrieking Spud

This has been my tactic for the last few years. Doesn’t work for everyone, like my ex spouse couldn’t handle it. I keep rough track of calories and if I have a craving for trash I either eat less of it and supplement with low calorie stuff to still feel full, or do a bunch of extra exercise that day

Yeah my ex spouse would rather drive 5min then spend 15min finding parking every day for work than do the 15 minute walk. Then every day complain about parking and get instantly defensive if I brought up walking instead. This was a thing with going out too I’d want to walk and they’d want to drive. I’d get there first because of time spent finding parking. Half the time they’d walk just as far as I did anyway because parking in the area completely sucked

Ah I think my comment made in haste was ambiguous. Fortunately I was not cut this time around, I’ve somehow skated by all the firings. I’m actually just clinging on for a few more months then I’m off to Sweden to go back to school. Hoping to actually finish my game dev degree this time around! I do have some school application stuff I would love to have people see though I’ll keep you in mind for that if you are up for it (for a work sample primarily, to get into higher rates schools)

I’ve somehow survived all the firings and restructurings so far. It’s a shit show over here. I’m trying to get through a few more months then I’m off to another country to go back to school

The agonizing hasn’t stopped for me I’ve just gotten used to it as a part of my day to day. It’s wild what they’ve been putting us through we need to unionize

I work for Unity, I’ve been sick for a couple days, this is how I find out lol. It’s a mess here fam any devs reading this just use godot instead

I got married while it was still cool but I’m getting a divorce now to be fashionable again

My ex spouse’s black cat can do that and open doors with lever handles. Little dude is a menace to society

Out of curiosity about how old are you? Back in my day sometimes saving just didn’t work which is where I built up the habit of saving a couple times. For really important saves using two slots was best just in case one spontaneously corrupted as well

I’m in my thirties and just had the time of my life. I’m visiting The Hague and got to spend my night dodging mortars and watching actual explosions. 10/10 want to come here next year now too, probably with impact goggles though
